To Know and To Judge

Encountered the following passage from the first chapter of the Prolegomena to the Metaphysics of Islam by SMN Al-Attas, Islam: The Concept of Religion and the Foundation of Ethics and Morality:

It just crossed my mind:
How come we always feel apt to offer judgement onto others when we do not even have two-cents' worth of knowledge about them?
